Theme vs Bundle Add to Cart
By default, MOD Bundles works with your theme's existing Add to Cart button. Enable the bundle-specific button if:
Your theme's button doesn't work with bundles
You want the button inside the bundle interface
You need custom cart behavior
To enable: Theme Customizer → Mix & Match Bundle block → Show Add to Cart Button
Cart Action
Control what happens after adding the bundle to cart:
Option | Behavior |
Open cart drawer (default) | Opens theme's cart drawer/sidebar |
Redirect to cart | Navigates to /cart |
Stay on page | Keeps customer on product page |
Configure in: Theme block settings → Cart Action
Custom Cart Events
If your theme uses custom JavaScript for cart updates, dispatch events after adding to cart.
Field: Custom Cart Events
Format: Comma-separated event names (e.g., cart:refresh,cart:updated)
Common theme events:
Theme | Event |
Dawn |
|
Impulse |
|
Prestige |
|
Warehouse |
|
Use when: Your cart drawer doesn't update after adding a bundle.
Bundle Items Summary
Show a text summary of selections in the cart line item.
Enable: Theme block settings → Show Bundle Items Summary
Result: Bundle Items: Cloud Sweater (Medium, Gray) + Matching Sweatpants (Medium, Gray)
Troubleshooting
Cart drawer doesn't open — Try "Redirect to cart" or add your theme's refresh event to Custom Cart Events
Items don't appear in cart — Ensure you're using the bundle's Add to Cart, block is added, and product template is correct
