Adding a Free Gift
When Creating a Bundle
Create your Mix & Match or Collection Bundle
Set up products/steps as normal
Find the Free Gift section
Click Add Free Gift
Select a product from the picker
Complete bundle creation
When Editing an Existing Bundle
Open MOD Bundles
Click your bundle to edit
Scroll to Free Gift section
Click Add Free Gift (or modify existing)
Select a product
Save

Balance perceived value with actual cost
Consider products you want to promote
In stock:

Managing Free Gift Inventory
Tracking
Free gifts reduce inventory like regular sales:
One bundle sold = one free gift inventory unit used
Track free gift stock separately if needed

It may not be added to new bundles

Removing a Free Gift
To remove the free gift from a bundle:
Edit the bundle in MOD Bundles
Find Free Gift section
Click remove/delete
Save
New orders will not include the free gift.
Changing the Free Gift
To swap for a different product:
Edit the bundle
Remove current free gift
Add new free gift product
Save
Applies to new orders immediately.

Workarounds
Multiple free gifts: Create a "gift pack" product containing multiple items
Optional free gift: Not directly supported—consider separate promotion
Pack Builder gifts: Use pricing to effectively give items free (e.g., "buy 5 get 1 free" via pricing)

Free gift not appearing
Check gift product is published
Verify product has inventory
Test in incognito mode
Confirm bundle saved correctly
Wrong variant showing
Check which variant was selected
Edit and re-select if needed
Verify variant is in stock
Free gift affecting price
It shouldn't—double check:
Gift shows as $0
Discount calculated on other items only
